Galway County PPN hosting funding workshops

Event Details

Galway County Public Participation Network (PPN) continues to be the main link through which Community & Voluntary organisations, Environment organisations & Social Inclusion organisations in Galway interact with Galway County Council and participate in policy-making committees of the Council.  Community groups who register with the PPN receive information relating to community activity such as information on funding sources, training, local events, etc.   The PPN promotes citizen engagement and strengthens linkages between communities and Galway County Council.   One way of doing this is by hosting PPN Plenaries (open meetings/workshops) in each Municipal District.  The upcoming plenaries will be held as funding information workshops and you are invited to attend any of the following funding workshops:

Tuesday, 26th November;                    Mountbellew Community Centre, Ballygar rd, Mountbellew @ 7.30pm

Thursday 28th November;                   Lough Rea Hotel & Spa, Athenry Road, Loughrea @ 7.30pm

Tuesday 3rd December;                       Clarinbridge GAA Club House, Clarinbridge @ 7.30pm

Thursday 5th December;                      Ard Rí House Hotel, Milltown Road, Tuam @ 7.30 p.m.
