Two day e-learning masterclass with leading volunteer management specialists

Volunteer Ireland are delighted to present this two day workshop on Wednesday 4 November and Wednesday 11 November (10.00 to 13.00 both days) which will be delivered by Rob Jackson and Adrian Murtagh. This event coincides with Volunteer Ireland’s events for International Volunteer Managers Day (Thursday 5 November).

Just Smart Thinking and Rob Jackson Consulting Ltd have worked together to provide a new online course that will cover two important topics for leaders and managers of volunteers to engage with:

Session one: Wednesday 4 November
Productivity Management For Leaders and Managers of Volunteers 

We all have the same number of hours every week yet often it feels like we need more just to stay on top of our roles. In this session, we’ll explore the limitations of traditional time management approaches and focus instead on how we can be more productive. Filled with tips and tricks this session will get you thinking in new ways for how to make the most of those precious hours you have to get your job done.

Session two: Wednesday 11 November
Setting Reasonable Boundaries For Your Work and Life

We all know the benefit of getting this right, not just for you as a leader or manager, but also for your teams and your family. To achieve this balance, organisations and individuals must take a proactive approach to ensure the health and wellbeing of their workforce and themselves. Sadly, many people have given up on trying to achieve this or have developed bad habits. This session will give you a “reality check” by helping you identify was is really important to you and assist you in developing simple but powerful techniques to establish a healthy balance and take back control.

This course with a host of other resources is available to book now, places are limited to ensure good interaction levels. The cost is €90 for the two sessions (4th and 11th of November).

This Master Class will take place online via Zoom Meetings and you are required to attend both session one and session two. The cost covers the two days and access to the additional items listed above.

This session is delivered by Volunteer Ireland as part of our activities for International Volunteer Managers Day 2020. The theme of this year’s event is “What’s Next?”
