In celebration of World Ocean Day and in line with Galway Atlantaquaria’s ongoing commitment to native species, conservation, and education, Galway Atlantaquaria is pleased to announce the 2025 Small Conservation Grants.

This year, Galway Atlantaquaria will support 3 to 5 small-scale conservation projects, with funding available between €1,000 and €2,500 per project. We welcome proposals that focus on:

– Education and public engagement

– Native species and habitat conservation

– Community-led initiatives, especially those connected to marine or freshwater environments
