Megan has many years experience in International Business having lived and worked in most parts of the world. She has worked in a variety of roles, specializing in regional office development, management and improvement. Experienced in planning and forecasting, budgeting and scenario building, administration, training, compliance, negotiation, team building and direction, project and change management.
Today, Megan is passionate about communities developing themselves. She operates a management consultancy business aimed at driving continuous improvement of small business and community enterprise. In New Zealand, where she most recently resided, Megan was Financial Coordinator for the state-funded early childhood education cooperative Playcentre. In this role she contributed to a nationalization plan which reduced costs and improved service delivery to 8,000+ families across the country.
Megan is an avid volunteer and serves as Treasurer for Oranmore Arts Festival. She operates a women’s networking group and is presently engaged in a project to bring STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art Math) education to a wider audience. She is delighted to be serving on the Community & Cultural Development SPC and looks forward to hearing from you!
