As a trusted and experienced source of information, Volunteer Ireland and the network of Volunteer Centres across Ireland have always provided support to organisations when it comes to recruiting and managing volunteers. In response to the COVID-19 emergency, they have been increasing and prioritising this support for organisations on the front line helping the most vulnerable members of our communities. They are encouraging any organisations that need support with volunteers to contact their local Volunteer Centre.

Volunteer Managers online coffee breaks:
Each Friday, at 11.00 there will be a Volunteer Managers coffee break, grab a cuppa and join staff from Volunteer Ireland and your fellow Volunteer Managers online for our Zoom coffee break. Over the coming weeks, they will have a number of volunteer management specialists from our European and global partners join us on these online coffee breaks to update us on how volunteering is operating during COVID-19 in their countries.
